Athletics and Recreation

Athletics and Recreation is committed to excelling in all aspects of athletic education. With 23 varsity teams, multiple intramural sports, and a comprehensive athletic complex, all students, staff, and faculty can find a way to stay active on campus.

Intercultural Center

The Paul J. Burgett Intercultural Center (BIC) promotes cultural understanding and works to build a community where everyone feels included, providing avenues for promoting a culture of respect and opportunities for collaboration.

Campus Dining

Rochester is building an exceptional dining experience for our campus community. Offerings include three dining centers, four coffee shops, the Hillside Market, and a number of on-the-go options across the River Campus and Eastman School of Music.

Dean of Students

The Office of the Dean of Students is the center for student life engagement for undergraduate and graduate students across all schools. Services span from orientation to graduation and include our Rochester traditions programs, student well-being, conflict management, CARE Network, support for parents and families, and so much more!

Residential Life and Housing Services

Residential life coordinates living communities and builds positive social connections within 36 residence halls, houses, and apartment buildings for both first-year and upperclass students, including special interest floors and Greek housing. Welcome home!

Student Life Operations aligns spaces and services to enhance the student experience. You’ll see them around campus managing our student life spaces, coordinating services such as the Campus Information Center, Food Pantry, and Common Market, and helping to make student life events a success.

Health Service

University Health Service (UHS) provides physical and mental health care to all full-time students, including a full range of primary care services for preventive, acute, and chronic condition management, comprehensive mental health evaluation and support, and access to care 24-hours a day.
